Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for 2 to Las Vegas, Nevada to see a UFC fight. Prize includes:
• Round-trip coach/economy air transportation for winner and guest from the major airport located closest to winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada. If winner resides within 200 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation.
• 3 nights hotel accommodations in Las Vegas
• Ground transportation for the winner and guest to/from the airport and the hotel in Las Vegas
• $400 spending money (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner)
• 2 tickets to a UFC fight scheduled to occur on a date and at a location to be announced by Sponsor.

Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor which will be prior to 12/31/11 and will coincide with the date the fight is scheduled.

There will also be 13 Weekly Sweepstakes winners will each receive a UFC prize package consisting of: one (1) UFC bag; one (1) pair of UFC gloves; one (1) autographed BJ Penn poster (fighter and autograph subject to change at the discretion of Sponsor), and one (1) TEAM EDGE T-shirt.
