I have tried to enter my date of birth in several formats (I was born in 1968) but it pops me to an error code page that says “invalid date of birth”
I will keep trying but it’s not working now.

It did work for us. Did you try it in mm/dd/yyyy format? so if you were boen on July 14, 1968, it would be 07/14/1968. Good luck!
